Rylan is Two Months!

Look who's 2 month old! I can hardly believe how fast this last month has gone.

We are enjoying every minute with this sweet boy!

What's new?

At his 2 month check up, he was 13lbs 8oz and 23.5 inches long! He is getting SO big!
Rylan is smiling lots and has started to "talk".
He still HATES the carseat and riding in the car. It makes for some long trips, but he does occasionally show some tolerance.
His eyes are still blue and they seem to be lightening up a bit. He may be our first blue eyed baby..we shall see!
He is happiest laying on his tummy.
His brothers still think he is pretty sweet and are constantly loving him and and wanting to hold him!
He loves to be carried around in the front pack and loves going for walks.
He is looking around a lot and has discovered the ceiling fans:)! He loves staring at them.

Rylan is One Month!

Look who's one month old!

What's new?

Rylan weighs 11lbs 2oz and is 21.75 inches long. He is 90 percentile in weight and 50th percentile in height.
He does a lot of grunting!
He is alert and stays up for longer stretches.
He doesn't like his car seat or riding in the car and spends most of it crying!
He can only handle the swing and bouncy seat for a short amount of time.
He LOVES to be held and let's be honest...we love it too!
He is very high maintenance at the moment but seems to be getting better! He is definitely running the show! Ha!
Kyler and Hudson love him and give him lots of bumps and kisses!
He likes to be outside and enjoyed his first trip to the beach.

We couldn't be more excited to introduce our sweet boy! Kyler and Hudson adore their brother and are very helpful. They love to hold him and sing him songs. He also gets LOTS of kisses! Here are some pictures of him from the last couple of weeks!

December Recap 2012

December was an amazing month for our family! I took a little blogging break while we welcomed the arrival of Rylan and celebrated the holidays with our family. Here is a recap in pictures of some of the highlights of our December!

Kyler got the closest ever to Santa this year. We typically cry, panic, and hide behind either myself or Justin, but this year he went right up to him. Sitting on his lap was a little much, but he did whisper in his ear what he wanted him to bring. His list this year consisted of baseball shoes and baseball pants and Santa pulled through! We had one really excited little boy Christmas morning!
