Hudson Turns 1!

Happy First Birthday Hudson!

I can not believe my little Hud is already a year old!  We had a wonderful time celebrating his first year with family!  We had a little celebration at our "cabin" before Daddy left on his road trip!  Hudson was so sweet.  He wasn't too sure about the cake but he did end up tasting a little bit of the frosting and liking it!

We then went to New Jersey for round 2 of Hudson's birthday!  We had a great party there as well with all of the cousins and as usually Hudson got spoiled!  Enjoy the pictures!

Birthdays and Baseball! (Part 2)

Monday was Kyler's actually birthday and the festivities started early!  Justin had to be at the field by 9:00 am, so we had a lot to squeeze in before he left!  It was no surprise that Kyler was up bright and early, ready to get things started!  Once he saw his presents he couldn't wait to open them.  He got so many great things!

Then it was time for breakfast!  As I said before, Kyler is not a sweets eater so it was candles in the cakers and Happy Birthday at breakfast!

 

After breakfast we headed to the park where Mom got the pleasure of throwing batting practice for the Birthday boy!  Let me tell you he will definitely be ready for wild pitching when it is time!  Justin had an afternoon game which worked out perfect.  It was also splash day for the kids which included water guns, sprinklers, and kiddie pools!  Kyler also got to throw out the first pitch for the game and Justin was able to catch for him!  Enjoy the pictures from Kyler's birthday at the ballpark!

Birthdays and Baseball! (Part 1)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KYLER!

 Kyler has been waiting for this day for weeks.  Everywhere we go he has been telling people, "Kyler's birthday coming soon!"  Well the day has finally arrived and we officially have a three year old!  The birthday festivities started out this past weekend when we went to New Jersey to visit family.  When I was asking Kyler what he wanted for his birthday he would tell me birthday hats ( he is obsessed with the hats) and candles!  Too cute!  That was a pretty easy order to fill!  We had a great day with family that included the water slide in the backyard, a BBQ, and of course cake and presents!  Here are some pictures from our New Jersey party...

Kyler does NOT like sweets (definitely does not get this from me!) so Aunt Mel was helping him out by adding some strawberries to the top...He ended up only eating the berries!
